1 | Our Services


This Terms of Services (the “Terms”) governs your rights and responsibilities related to Lopa’s services including all of Lopa’s websites, domains, apps, services, and marketing campaigns (the “Services”). When you register to use our Services, you become a “Member.” By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms as a legally binding contract with Lopa, so please take a moment to read these legally binding Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a business, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you are representing and warranting that you are authorized to do so and that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In this case, the terms "you" and "your" as used in these Terms will refer to such entity. The collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Throughout these Terms, we use “Lopa”, “we”, “us” and “our” to refer to the company that is offering our Services to you.




2 | Becoming a member

You may use our Services only if you can legally form a binding contract with Lopa, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be 13 or older. Lopa reserves the right to disabled your Account for violations of these Terms or policies.

Members can create, operate, maintain, or otherwise use an account on the Services for personal and/or business use. Account login information is confidential and must be kept secret. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Account. You should notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your Account.




3 | Rights You Grant to Lopa.

Lopa encourages Members to post your own content or share 3rd party information on the Services content such as profile pictures or information, photos, images, videos, information, comments, likes, recommendations, questions, and other content or information (“Member Content”). You have ownership of your Member Content.




4 | Prohibited Uses.

Members may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including the Accounts of other Members (such through the use of bots or other automation as well as the unauthorized use of legitimate Member credentials)

  • • Interfere with, disrupt, or damage our Services or attempt to do the same (such as by posting viruses, instigating a denial of service attack, or spamming Members)
  • • Attempt to gain access to non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, and any technical delivery systems of our providers
  • • Attempt to scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, networks, or Services, or breach any security or authentication measure

Copying, sharing, or redistributing Content by any other means, including through web scraping, is prohibited


5 | Member Content and Information Posted.

As Lopa strives to provide a platform where all members can share resources and information, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, lawfulness, completeness, or usefulness of the information on the Services, and your use of and reliance on such information is at your own risk.

Any Member Content you post to Lopa will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any Member Content you submit or contribute, and you, not Lopa, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.




6 | Disputes Between Members.

Waiver of Claims Against Lopa. If you have a dispute with another Member, please understand that Lopa is not responsible for the actions of our Members. Each of our Members is solely responsible for their own actions and behavior.




7 | Transactions and Contract between Members.

Lopa does not own or sell any of the products or services listed by Members on the Services. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions on the Services.

You are not allowed to use the Services to solicit, advertise for, or contact Members for any employment or other commercial purpose in any way. You are also not allowed to use the Services to collect the contact information or other personal information of Members.




8 | Trademarks of Lopa.

The terms Lopa, The Local Parent Community, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Lopa, its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Lopa.




9 | Change of Our Services.

We reserve the right to add, change, or discontinue our Services and product features at any time and in any region, with or without notice to you. If you are not satisfied with these changes, your may stop using our Services or the affected feature.




10 | Disclaimers and Limitations of Liabilities.

You understand and agree that to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law your access to and use of the Services or any Content are at your own risk. Our Services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LOPA ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LOPA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
